Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky

Where dogs stay, play & learn.

Sit-N-Stay is home-based dog boarding, walking, and training for the Cincinnati area — plus drop-in visits and pack outings, all from a sitter your dog already knows and trusts.

Serving: Downtown & Over-the-Rhine · Northern Kentucky · Greater Cincinnati suburbs

How we sit

Treated like part of the pack — because that's what they are.

We don't do rushed visits or unfamiliar faces. Every dog we sit for gets real time outside, a sitter who already knows their routine, and updates that actually tell you something — not a generic "all good!" text.

Whether that means a midday potty break at your place, a long walk through the park, or a full week of overnights while you're away, your dog stays on their schedule — cared for at home during the day, or boarding right in Matt's own house overnight, never a kennel.

About Sit-N-Stay

Run by Matt MacLeod — Cincinnati born, dog-obsessed, and a trainer at heart.

Sit-N-Stay is owned and run by Matt MacLeod, a trusted, qualified dog handler with years of hands-on experience across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Beyond sitting, walking, and overnight stays, Matt also trains every dog he works with — obedience, leash manners, recall, crate training, and a range of other exercises tailored to what each dog actually needs.

Every visit is treated like it's for his own dog: real attention, real exercise, and a full report when you get home. No cages, no rotating strangers — just one consistent, experienced sitter and trainer your dog gets to know.

"Dogs aren't just pets to me — they're family. That's why every dog who stays with me gets treated like my own."— Matt MacLeod
